As a Senior Executive with leadership experience in 8 previous high growth organizations, Mr Katzenberger built Accelerx by having a detailed understanding of growing organizations. He recognized the importance of having a Strategy for Growth that balances the needs of the entire ecosystem of the organization. In his career, Jim has been a member of management teams that have delivered 50% to over 200% annual growth, and as a consultant, his clients have experienced similar growth.

In the late 80’s, Jim got involved in the implementation of Business Planning and Control Systems. This technical experience, along with his business and management background, and his Entrepreneurial experience, provides him a unique skill set to offer his clients. Jim has been fortunate to see rapid growth up close. In the early 90’s, as one of the early employees of SAP, Jim was an integral part of delivering the first generation of On-line, Real-time, integrated Business Planning and Controls Systems for large International Organizations. Over the next few years, as information needs expanded, these systems spawned three multi-billion dollar industries, (BPM, BI, and SCM/APS). Through leveraging his business, process, and technology skills, Jim was a participant in the emergence of each of these growing markets. During this time, among his clients were some of the largest companies in the world, such as, GM, Kodak, IBM, Shell, Exxon, Motorola, Lucent, Georgia Pacific, Schering-Plough, Nestle’, ITT, Compaq, and H-P.

Jim and Accelerx have a history of working closely with clients to provide the practical solutions to focus organizations on the issues that matter, and ensuring continued, sustainable growth. Together with his brother, Ken, Jim began developing Accelerx in 2004 to specifically address the challenges that growth companies experience.  Accelerx has over 50 years of combined experience working in and with growth organizations. With the increasing reliance on business systems and processes as a key determinant for successful, sustainable growth, Accelerx provides their clients a unique combination of skills and experience, along with a set of practical solutions to address their client’s needs that result from growth.
